I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but small and not well-ventilated. The bed was not very comfortable, and the wifi signal was very weak. However, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of sitting area. I had booked at short notice due to a flight cancellation, and the view of the mountains from the room was great.

The hotel's rooms were smaller than I prefer, and the lobby and breakfast room are costly but meet expectations. We had no A/C, so we had to sleep with open windows. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to open breakfast earlier for us. Some reception staff seemed disinterested and refused to lock the luggage storage room with our belongings inside. The location is excellent, being close to the main train station and the old town area, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was really good value for money, especially the omelettes which are one of the best I've had in Austria.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and really clean, and I particularly liked that the hotel is a great distance from the train station, making it an easy walk into the main mall of Innsbruck. On the downside, my room was one floor up from a busy street, which was quite loud even with the windows closed as there was no air conditioner or fan provided. However, the comfort was still good with windows that opened to allow fresh air, which was wonderful.
